CondimentGirls™ Announces Donations for Katrina Relief

Mainspring Entertainment to Donate $2 for Every Calendar Sold Online Through the End of October.

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--Sept. 12, 2005-- Mainspring Entertainment, Inc. today announced a new pricing model for online sales where $2 in proceeds from each Calendar sold will be donated to hurricane relief.

It was the worst case scenario. Imagery of how Katrina brutally ravaged a tri state area surrounds us everywhere. In her wake was left a tragic reminder of the state of social welfare, stubborn bureaucracy, and human vulnerabilities to nature's fury in the 21st century. Yet, from the shadows of utter destruction came stories of heroism, along with harrowing tales of survival. The human spirit has survived and will continue to thrive. New Orleans will be rebuilt even better than before, and the surrounding areas will endure as well. As an affirmation of life and the pursuit of happiness while on the road to recovery, the CondimentGirls team has banned together in a fund raising venture where $2 of every calendar sold online will be donated directly to the Red Cross.

The Red Cross was chosen because they stood in solidarity before the first rain drop was felt. They cut through red tape and did what needed to be done. Their initial and ongoing efforts in the disaster have been an inspiration to us all.
